A great hotel, really really clean and comfortable. The room we stayed in was compact but everying needed was in there. All the controls including window blinds are automated, air conditioning is in there to and if you like watching TV there's a 50 inch Smart TV installed complete with Sky and BT sports at no extra cost. The hotel is in a great position 5 minutes walk to the Roman Baths, Abby and Pulteney Bridge. If you are arriving by train don't get a taxi walk. It's a 10 minute walk through stunning architecture, head for the Abby it's very close to it.
Booked at last moment due to an Airbnb shambles, but was clean and in a great spot for a budget hotel. Efficient staff - no complaints.
Stayed for one night in August, got a very cheap price through Booking.com. The modern facilities in the hotel room were great - electric blinds and Sky movies were our favourites! Check in was quite busy but the staff were attentive and got through the line quickly. No breakfast available, unsure whether this was due to COVID or is the same all year round but for the price I wouldn’t complain. Only downside was the room was quite small, but you get what you pay for and for the price it did everything it needed to. Would stay again!
We are a grown up family of 4 so we booked 2 rooms. Each room was symmetrical. Both very small but well thought out and equipped so you don’t feel cramped. There are electric blinds and air con. The en-suite shower room is opaque glass. Such a clever use of space decor and location makes it the ideal city break hotel. A car park is a 5 minute walk away £15 to stay all day. Would definitely go back there.
We arrived 3 hrs early to drop off our bags and the room was ready for us there and then. Check in was swift and friendly. Great hotel right in the centre of Bath.
Everything about the property was exceptional, from the people working the front desk, to the room, to the location. Everything you need and want are within walking distance and even though the hotel is smack dab in the middle of the city center, it was very quiet. You definitely get way more than what you pay for!I will definitely be staying there again!
I chose a room without windows, it was just big enough for the bed, table with kettle etc, and had a nice ensuite bathroom. This was perfect for me as I was having a respite night from my very busy home and life; having no windows and being compact and bijou meant that I was away from the world in my own very private space. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. The shower was good. The television was great, had a good selection of channels and the option to login to player, itv hub etc. A fresh bottle of water was provided. Plenty of plug/usb charging ports and a nice selection of mood lighting. Air con was also provided and was easy to use. Altogether a fabulous night, thank you.
The manager must be very proud of the hotel team, every reception member was always happy and helpful, the location is fantastic, the hotel is modern and very clean, bed and pillows are spot on, very quiet and peaceful hotel. The shower is great along with a nice big sink and plenty of towels. Tea,coffee, bottled water, hairdryer, big tv with all the sky channels. The rooms are small but very nice, its ideal if your only staying for 1 or 2 nights. There are no wardrobes just a few hangers, but like I said ideal for a couple of nights. Definitely would stay at this hotel again.
The hotel location was absolutely perfect, right in the middle of everything and all with in walking distance. The room was not the biggest but it had everything we needed, great value for the price.
There was no on-site parking which would have been nice. As it was we sorted some parking just outside city centre and then walked to the hotel. Not the biggest inconvenience in the world.
Room was very compact but suitable for a nights stay. Super clean and modern! Location excellent, good for restaurants and shopping. Cathedral around the corner, plenty of things to do and see. Good one way system due to Covid, staff lovely and friendly. Will definitely recommend
No parking but used the Southgate car park which was £14 for 24 hours and only a 5 min walk away
Perfect location for exploring the city of Bath, you are right in the heart of everything. Soundproof rooms - I couldn’t hear any outside noise. Staff lovely, friendly and welcoming. Rooms clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities provided in room, along with a large bottle of water which I was very grateful for. Love that there’s a large TV fixed to the wall opposite the bed to watch movies in at night :) Also, there’s a Five Guys right next door which is very handy after a long day of walking! I will definitely be back to stay when I visit Bath again.
There is no car park on site due to its central location, however Charlotte Street car park is only a 5-10 min walk away which offers long term parking. Also, the rooms are quite compact, so if there were two of you in a room, it may seem a bit cosy!
It is located in the heart of Bath and the room was really nice.
This was an excellent choice for an overnight in Bath last night. Our room was 238. I found it a little warm for my liking but I asked the receptionist and instantly he turned it to a cooler setting for us. The hotel was in a fabulous central location, close to all amenities. If I came again I think I would try and pay a bit extra for a room with a window because I didn’t like waking up without natural light. I would definitely use again though. Friendly staff and very clean room. Well done to all who work here.
